8th grade piñatas

How fun!

As a special treat, 8th grade started making piñatas!

First, we blew up a balloon and tied it closed.

Then, we covered it with layers of butcher-paper and paper-mâché.

When our paper-mâché has dried, we will paint our shapes and then pop the balloon, leaving an empty cavity to fill with sweets!

6th grade Squirrel Masks

Recently, seventh graders made bird masks!

These masks were made with cardboard and paper mâché. We used acrylic paint, paper collage, ribbon, and feathers to embellish our masks!
